Assistant Director - Film and Television Production - Beijing City Full-time

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Assistant Director to join our esteemed film and television production company in Beijing City. As an Assistant Director, you will play a vital role in supporting the director and coordinating various aspects of the production process, ensuring the smooth execution of each project. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively will be key to the success of our productions.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the director to translate their vision into actionable and achievable production plans.
- Assist in coordinating pre-production activities, including script breakdown, scheduling, casting, and location scouting.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among the production team, departments, and stakeholders.
- Oversee and coordinate on-set activities, including managing the shooting schedule, logistics, and equipment requirements.
- Direct extras and background actors, ensuring their adherence to the director's instructions and maintaining continuity.
- Assist with post-production activities, such as reviewing footage, providing feedback, and participating in editing decisions.
- Adhere to production timelines, budget constraints, and industry-standard safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a production assistant or assistant director in film or television production.
- Strong knowledge of production procedures, terminology, and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the production team and cast.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, such as scheduling and budgeting software.
