Dancer Harbin Full-time

Responsibilities:

1. Rehearse and perform in a variety of dance styles, including ballet, contemporary, jazz, hip-hop, or other specialized genres, depending on the company's repertoire.

2. Execute choreographed routines with precision, timing, and technical proficiency while expressing emotion and storytelling through movement.

3. Collaborate with choreographers, fellow dancers, and artistic directors to develop and refine dance compositions for live performances and productions.

4. Attend regular company rehearsals, mastering new choreography and maintaining existing repertoire.

5. Maintain physical fitness, flexibility, and stamina through regular training and conditioning exercises.

6. Attend dance workshops, classes, and artistic development programs to continually enhance your skills and expand your dance repertoire.

7. Adapt to different performance spaces, collaborate with production teams, and ensure smooth technical rehearsals and stage performances.

8. Participate in promotional activities, events, and outreach programs to engage and connect with diverse audiences and communities.

Requirements:

1. Extensive training and professional experience in dance, preferably with a degree or diploma from a recognized dance institution or equivalent professional experience.

2. Proficiency in multiple dance styles with a strong foundation in at least one primary genre.

3. Excellent technique, coordination, and body awareness.

4. Ability to interpret and execute choreography effectively, showcasing artistry and expression through movement.

5. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, working harmoniously with a diverse group of artists.

6. Dedication, discipline, and a strong work ethic.

7. Adaptability and the ability to learn and apply new choreography quickly.

8. Physical fitness, strength, and flexibility to meet the demands of various dance styles.
