 Join our team as an Early Years Assistant in Harbin City, China. In this role, you will assist experienced educators in creating a safe and nurturing environment for young children. You will support the implementation of developmentally appropriate activities, foster positive relationships with children, and ensure their well-being during indoor and outdoor activities.

 Responsibilities:

• Support lead teachers in implementing developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum.
• Create a caring and inclusive environment that promotes children's overall development.
• Assist in organizing materials and resources for engaging learning experiences.
• Supervise children during activities and prioritize their safety and well-being.
• Foster positive social interactions and help children develop independence.
• Observe and document children's progress and behaviors for individualized instruction.
• Collaborate with the teaching team for events and parent engagement activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom.

 Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Early childhood education certification is a plus.
• Experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred.
• Knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate teaching practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and adaptability.
• Fluency in Chinese is preferred.
• Basic English proficiency is beneficial.
