 We are currently seeking a qualified English Literature Teacher to join our educational institution in Kunming City, China. As an English Literature Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive lessons that ignite students' passion for literature and language. Your role will involve:

• Developing well-structured lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
• Teaching various aspects of English Literature, including literary analysis, literary techniques, and thematic exploration.
• Introducing students to a wide range of literary genres, authors, and historical periods.
• Facilitating meaningful class discussions and encouraging critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Assessing student progress through assignments, exams, and projects, providing constructive feedback for growth.
• Fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that nurtures students' love for literature and intellectual development.
• Collaborating with fellow educators to enhance and enrich the English Literature curriculum.
• Participating in professional development opportunities and contributing to faculty meetings and school activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English Literature or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of English Literature, including different genres, periods, and critical theories.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Genuine passion for teaching and inspiring students to appreciate and explore the world of literature.
