 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field. A teaching certification is preferred.
  • Native-level English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience teaching ESL or English language instruction is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of language acquisition theories, pedagogical approaches, and instructional strategies for language learners.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Familiarity with curriculum standards and the ability to design engaging and effective lesson plans.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the individual learning needs of students and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
