 We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Kindergarten English Teacher for our educational institution in Hefei City, China. As a Kindergarten English Teacher, you will play a crucial role in fostering early English language acquisition and creating a positive learning environment for young learners. Your responsibilities will include planning and delivering engaging lessons, implementing age-appropriate activities, and promoting language development through interactive and play-based approaches.

 Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to the English language learning needs of kindergarten students.
• Teach English language skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing, using interactive and engaging methods.
• Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and fosters a love for learning.
• Utilize a variety of instructional resources, including songs, games, stories, and multimedia, to enhance language acquisition.
• Incorporate age-appropriate activities and play-based learning to promote language development and creativity.
• Assess and monitor student progress through informal observations and assessments.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students to promote their language growth and confidence.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas, resources, and best practices in early English language education.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and actively participate in parent-teacher conferences.
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety guidelines.
