We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated professional to join our educational institution in Shenzhen as the Lead for Teaching, Learning, and Wellbeing. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall teaching and learning process, as well as ensuring the wellbeing of students and staff within the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide strategic leadership and guidance to promote excellence in teaching, learning, and wellbeing throughout the institution.
2. Develop and implement a comprehensive teaching and learning framework that aligns with international standards and the needs of the school community.
3. Collaborate with teachers and administrators to design and deliver high-quality, engaging, and innovative instructional programs.
4. Monitor and evaluate teaching practices and student outcomes to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with educational goals.
5. Support teachers in implementing effective instructional strategies, assessment practices, and differentiation techniques.
6. Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes the wellbeing and social-emotional development of students and staff.
7. Coordinate and oversee professional development programs for teachers, focusing on pedagogical approaches, curriculum design, and the integration of technology.
8. Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents, providing regular communication and opportunities for parental involvement in the education process.
9. Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as educational consultants and community organizations, to enhance teaching, learning, and wellbeing initiatives.
10. Stay up-to-date with research and best practices in education, incorporating new ideas and approaches to enrich teaching, learning, and wellbeing efforts.
