Responsibilities:

3. Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across multiple subjects, employing evidence-based instructional strategies and resources to maximize student learning outcomes.
4. Employ a variety of formative and summative assessment methods to accurately evaluate student progress, provide timely feedback, and guide instructional planning.
5. Establish clear academic and behavioral expectations, consistently maintaining a disciplined and respectful classroom environment conducive to optimal learning.
6. Foster a collaborative and supportive classroom community, nurturing students' social-emotional development, empathy, and appreciation for diversity.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. A teaching certification is required.
2. Extensive experience as a Lower School Class Teacher or in a similar professional teaching capacity.
3. Exceptional knowledge of elementary education curriculum, pedagogical practices, and child development principles.
4. Proven expertise in implementing effective classroom management strategies and creating a conducive learning environment.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
6. Demonstrated professionalism, adaptability, and flexibility in meeting the diverse needs of students and adjusting instructional approaches accordingly.
7. Deep passion for teaching and a steadfast commitment to nurturing the academic, social, and emotional growth of young learners.
