 We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Primary/Middle School ESL Teacher to join our educational institution in Suzhou City, China. As an ESL Teacher, you will play a vital role in helping students develop their English language proficiency and communication skills. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering engaging English language lessons to primary and middle school students, tailored to their proficiency levels and learning needs.
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters language acquisition.
• Teaching various language skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing, through a variety of interactive and communicative activities.
• Incorporating technology and multimedia resources to enhance language learning and engagement.
• Assessing student progress and providing regular feedback on their language development.
• Collaborating with other teachers to develop cross-curricular projects and integrate English language skills into other subjects.
• Promoting cultural awareness and understanding by incorporating elements of British and American culture into lessons.
• Providing support and guidance to students in their language learning journey.
• Collaborating with parents and communicating student progress and achievements.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, TESOL, or a related field.
• Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience.
• Native or near-native English proficiency.
• Experience working with primary or middle school students, preferably in an ESL context.
• Knowledge of ESL teaching methodologies and resources.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
