We are seeking talented and passionate professional nightclub performers and go-go dancers to join our team in Guangzhou, China. As a Professional Nightclub Performer or Go-Go Dancer, you will be responsible for entertaining and engaging the audience with your exceptional dance skills and stage presence.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform high-energy dance routines and choreographed performances at the nightclub, captivating the audience with your skills and charisma.
2. Showcase a variety of dance styles, including but not limited to hip-hop, contemporary, jazz, Latin, or freestyle, depending on the theme and atmosphere of the nightclub.
3. Maintain a polished and professional appearance, adhering to the dress code and costume requirements specified by the nightclub management.
4. Engage with the audience, creating an interactive and vibrant atmosphere by encouraging participation and ensuring an enjoyable experience for guests.
5. Collaborate with other performers, such as DJs, musicians, singers, or aerial artists, to create seamless and captivating stage shows.
6. Rehearse regularly to learn and perfect new routines, ensuring synchronization and precision in group performances.
7. Stay up to date with current dance trends, music genres, and performance techniques to bring fresh and innovative elements to your performances.
8. Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols during performances, especially when performing intricate or acrobatic dance moves.
9. Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude at all times, both on and off the stage, interacting with colleagues, management, and guests respectfully.
10. Attend team meetings and training sessions as required, collaborating with the production team to coordinate performances and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

1. Extensive dance training and experience in a variety of dance styles, with a strong focus on stage performances and entertainment.
2. Exceptional dance skills, including technique, flexibility, coordination, and stage presence.
3. Ability to perform in high-energy environments, adapting to different music genres and dance styles.
4. Previous experience as a nightclub performer, go-go dancer, or professional dancer in entertainment venues is highly desirable.
5. Strong physical stamina and endurance to sustain energetic performances throughout the night.
6. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with other performers and production team members.
7. Charismatic and engaging personality with the ability to connect with the audience and create a captivating atmosphere.
8. Professionalism and reliability in adhering to schedules, rehearsals, and performance commitments.
