We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Russian teacher to join our training center. As a Russian teacher, you will have the opportunity to teach and inspire students of various ages and proficiency levels. Your role will involve creating engaging lesson plans, fostering an interactive classroom environment, and helping students develop their Russian language skills.

Responsibilities:
1. Lesson Planning: Develop comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and tailored to suit the needs of different students. Incorporate a variety of teaching materials, including textbooks, multimedia resources, and authentic materials to enhance the learning experience.

2. Language Instruction: Conduct Russian language classes for students, focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. Cover various grammar concepts, vocabulary, pronunciation, and cultural aspects relevant to the language.

3. Individualized Instruction: Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse learning styles and needs of students. Provide personalized attention and feedback to help students improve their language proficiency.

4. Classroom Management: Maintain a stimulating and well-organized classroom environment that encourages participation and promotes active learning. Manage student behavior and foster a positive and respectful atmosphere conducive to effective language learning.

5. Progress Evaluation: Assess students' progress regularly through assignments, tests, quizzes, and speaking activities. Provide constructive feedback and identify areas for improvement to track individual student development and facilitate continuous growth.

6. Parent Communication: Establish effective communication channels with parents to provide updates on students' progress, address concerns, and collaborate on their child's language development. Conduct parent-teacher conferences and communicate in a professional and supportive manner.

7. Cultural Awareness: Introduce and discuss Russian culture, traditions, and customs within the context of language learning. Foster an appreciation for the diverse aspects of Russian culture and encourage students to develop a global mindset.

8. Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies, resources, and technology relevant to Russian language instruction. Seek opportunities for professional development and participate in training sessions or workshops.

Requirements:
1. Russian Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Russian with excellent command of the language. Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Russian.

2. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Russian language, Linguistics, Education, or a related field. Prior teaching experience, particularly in teaching Russian as a foreign language, is preferred.

3. Teaching Skills: Proven ability to effectively plan and deliver engaging lessons. Familiarity with varied teaching methodologies, the ability to adapt to different learning styles, and employ a student-centered approach.

4. Patience and Motivation: Passionate about teaching Russian to students of varying ages and proficiency levels. Display patience, adaptability, and motivation to inspire students to achieve their language learning goals.

5. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

6. Technology Integration: Proficient in utilizing technology for teaching purposes, including interactive whiteboards, multimedia resources, and virtual classroom platforms.
