As a Secondary English Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in fostering students' English language skills, nurturing their love for the language, and preparing them for academic success.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging, dynamic, and comprehensive English lessons to secondary school students, focusing on the development of reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation, collaboration, and a deep appreciation for the English language and its culture.
• Employ a variety of effective instructional strategies, resources, and technology to cater to diverse learning needs and engage students in meaningful language acquisition.
• Integrate grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and literature components into lessons, ensuring a well-rounded English language education.
• Assess student performance, provide timely and constructive feedback, and implement strategies to support individual growth and address learning gaps.
• Foster critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills through stimulating discussions, debates, and collaborative projects.
• Incorporate authentic materials, literature, and cultural elements to broaden students' understanding of English language usage in real-world contexts.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects, promote cross-curricular connections, and enhance students' overall educational experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, assessments, and grades, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree is highly desirable.
• Teaching certification or qualification in English or TESOL/TEFL.
• Proven experience teaching English to secondary school students, preferably in an international or cross-cultural setting.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, with a high level of proficiency.
