We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Secondary Physics Teacher to join our educational institution in Qingdao City. As a Physics Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physics education to secondary school students, fostering their understanding of the subject and nurturing their passion for scientific exploration.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
- Teach fundamental concepts and principles of physics, including mechanics, electricity, optics, and thermodynamics.
- Use a variety of instructional methods, resources, and technologies to enhance student learning experiences.
- Conduct practical experiments and demonstrations to illustrate physics concepts and promote hands-on learning.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Foster students' scientific inquiry skills, problem-solving abilities, and analytical thinking.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and promote cross-curricular connections.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated with the latest advancements in physics education.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Physics, Science Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or relevant experience in teaching secondary-level physics.
- In-depth knowledge of physics concepts and principles, and the ability to effectively communicate them to students.
- Passion for teaching and inspiring students' interest in physics.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
