We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Secondary Physics Teacher to join our educational institution in Qingdao City. As a Physics Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physics education to secondary school students, fostering their understanding of the subject and nurturing their passion for scientific exploration.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
  • Teach fundamental concepts and principles of physics, including mechanics, electricity, optics, and thermodynamics.
  • Use a variety of instructional methods, resources, and technologies to enhance student learning experiences.
  • Conduct practical experiments and demonstrations to illustrate physics concepts and promote hands-on learning.
  • Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
  • Foster students' scientific inquiry skills, problem-solving abilities, and analytical thinking.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and promote cross-curricular connections.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated with the latest advancements in physics education.
  • Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physics, Science Education, or a related field.
  • Teaching certification or relevant experience in teaching secondary-level physics.
  • In-depth knowledge of physics concepts and principles, and the ability to effectively communicate them to students.
  • Passion for teaching and inspiring students' interest in physics.
  • Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
