We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreign Sound Mixer to join our team in Kunming, China. As a Sound Mixer, you will play a crucial role in capturing and mixing audio for various productions, ensuring high-quality sound recording and reproduction. Need to speak some chinese.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the production team to understand the sound requirements for each project, including films, television shows, commercials, or live events.
2. Set up and operate audio recording and mixing equipment, including microphones, soundboards, amplifiers, and speakers.
3. Conduct sound checks and monitor audio levels during rehearsals and performances to ensure optimal sound quality.
4. Capture high-quality audio recordings using the appropriate microphones, ensuring proper placement and adjustment for different sound sources.
5. Mix and balance sound elements, including dialogue, music, and sound effects, to create a cohesive and immersive auditory experience.
6. Edit and enhance audio recordings using digital audio workstations (DAWs) or other sound editing software.
7. Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to achieve the desired sound design and sonic atmosphere for each project.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to audio equipment and signal flow, ensuring uninterrupted sound recording and playback.
9. Maintain an organized inventory of sound equipment, ensuring proper storage, maintenance, and upkeep.
10. Stay updated with industry trends, advancements in audio technology, and sound mixing techniques to continuously improve your skills and deliver high-quality results.
