Summer Camp Teacher. Hefei. Full-time

 We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Summer Camp Teachers for our summer camp program in Hefei City, China. As a Summer Camp Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a fun and engaging learning environment for camp participants. Your responsibilities will include planning and delivering age-appropriate activities, providing instruction in various subjects, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the campers.

 Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging lesson plans and activities that align with the camp curriculum and cater to the age group of the campers.
• Provide instruction and guidance in various subjects such as language arts, math, science, arts and crafts, sports, and cultural activities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive camp environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and personal growth.
• Supervise and ensure the safety of campers during all camp activities, including field trips and outdoor adventures.
• Manage classroom dynamics and maintain discipline while creating a supportive and nurturing atmosphere.
• Assess and evaluate camper progress through informal observations and feedback.
• Collaborate with other camp staff to coordinate schedules, share ideas, and create a memorable camp experience for the participants.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding camper progress and address any concerns or questions they may have.
• Adhere to all camp policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Recreation, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with children in a camp, educational, or recreational setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with and motivate campers.
• Passion for working with children and creating a positive learning environment.
• Creativity and adaptability to engage campers in a variety of activities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of camp staff.
• First aid and CPR certifications are advantageous.
