 We are seeking a skilled and experienced Video Producer to join our team in Nanjing City, China. As a Video Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire video production process from concept development to final delivery. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to create high-quality video content that aligns with the organization's objectives and engages the target audience.

 Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative video concepts that effectively communicate the desired message or story.
  • Collaborate with clients, creative teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of video production, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, casting, location scouting, and scheduling.
  • Manage the production budget and resources to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of high-quality videos.
  • Direct and supervise the filming process, providing guidance to the camera crew, actors, and other production staff.
  • Ensure that all footage and audio recordings are of high quality and meet the project's technical requirements.
  • Oversee the post-production process, including video editing, sound design, color grading, and adding visual effects or animations.
  • Collaborate with the editing team to review and provide feedback on rough cuts, making necessary revisions and enhancements.
  • Ensure that the final video product is delivered on time and meets the client's expectations and specifications.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in video production, bringing innovative ideas and techniques to projects.

 Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Video Producer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your video production skills.
  • Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of the entire video production process, from concept development to post-production.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and provide direction to team members.
  • Creativity and attention to detail, with a keen eye for visual storytelling and composition.
  • Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting techniques, and audio recording equipment.
  • Familiarity with current trends and best practices in video production, including knowledge of social media platforms and their video requirements.
